As Internal Factory Manager I am responsible for the production department:* industrialization of new projects with respect to quality, cost and timing;* production running in series;* responsible for a team of around 50 people.

- organizing and controlling production process supervision department performance;- LEAN principles implementation in production process;- analyzing production process mistakes and consequences and preventive measurements ofnonconforming production;- representation of production process during customer audits;- process capability analysis and periodical update of calculations;- release of processes of new products into production.

- leading, appraising and developing a team of engineers;- planning and scheduling work assignments for team and ensuring that all tasks takes place in amanner with established policies, procedures, and rules;- ensuring uninterrupted equipment and systems work, including failure prevention developing,process optimization and establishing maintenance short term, and long term strategic plans;- developing GMP and good engineering practice for equipment maintenance;- industrial and analytical laboratory equipment maintenance and repairing.
