Tulloch Wines is located in Australia's original wine region, the Hunter Valley. Four generations of my family have lived, worked and nurtured our wine brand for 129 years including currently myself, my father and my sister Christina Tulloch, our CEO.My role with Tulloch Wines is to develop new markets and introduce new consumers and visitors to our much loved 4th generation Australian wine brand and Cellar Door wine tasting experiences. My role centres around tourism and new market development (products, experiences & wines) also contributing to overall management & strategy and acting as a brand ambassador for a busy events schedule for members and consumers.I work remotely from home in Sydney with regular trips up the F1 to the Hunter Valley and would love to have a chat over a coffee or a glass of Tulloch wine!

Bondi Coffee Kitchen is an Australian-style cafe open since 2015 in the heart of Casablanca with a mindful approach to casual dining. Created by Australian Justina Tulloch and her Moroccan husband Aziz Mrabet, Bondi Coffee Kitchen was founded as a way to bring their love of Australia and Morocco together whilst at the same time literally feeding their appetite for fresh healthy food and excellent coffee. Both things they struggled to find when they moved to Morocco from China in 2012.Newcomers to the food and beverage industry, they utilised their backgrounds in corporate marketing & operations (Justina) and manufacturing & trade (Aziz) and applied them to the conception and creation of Bondi Coffee Kitchen. Aziz sourced all the fixtures, furniture and equipment in China. Justina who grew up on her family’s vineyard, Tulloch Wines in the Hunter Valley NSW, used this background in hospitality, a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and a love of good food to create the food and beverage offerings.Apart from needing a good coffee, another significant motivating factor for the creation of the business was to demonstrate to young Moroccans that working in the hospitality sector is a serious career option that can be both financially and personally rewarding. In a country where youth unemployment averages around 27%, Bondi Coffee Kitchen is proud to employ 100% local Moroccan staff. Developing, training and inspiring the local staff to aspire to a global standard of service is key to the ongoing success of the business.Bondi Coffee Kitchen is open for brunch, lunch & dinner 7 days and is often featured in guides and recommendations on where to eat in Casablanca. Including the Monocle Guide and 'Truth Love & Clean Cutlery' guide to truly good restaurants and food experiences where they noted “Healthy dining hadn’t established much of a foothold anywhere in Morocco until Bondi Coffee Kitchen came along”.

Casablanca

Asiana owned and operated a platform for fast fashion production in Morocco. Mainly supplying CMT on a 6-8 week lead time. The factory was audited for UK, EU & US retailers and produced for some of the world's leading global fashion retailers including the Inditex group (Zara, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius) and Mango.There is a free trade agreement between Morocco and the EU and US, meaning no duties are paid on the manufacturing of garments in Morocco and exported to the EU or US.Many large retailers were looking to diversify some of their production away from other markets and chose Morocco due to its proximity to Europe, good factory working conditions and long history of high end garment manufacturing.

Jiande Home Textiles was a manufacturer of fleece garments and home textiles which supplied some of the world’s leading retailers such as Walmart, Target, Rite Aid and Coles.Manufacturing through a strategic partnership with a factory located close to Hangzhou, China. Jiande Home Textiles was unique due to it being owned and operated by a foreign national in China and therefore competing directing with Chinese companies in a very competitive field producing the exact same items.The competitive advantage that allowed Jiande to succeed, was the ability to offer competitive prices due to the strategic partnership with the factory whilst at the same time offering sales and marketing materials and negotiations of an international standard. In turn this allowed close working relationships to be formed with the buyers representing the large retailers.

Greater China Offices (Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong & Taipei)

Directly reporting to the Head of Greater China to ensure the China offices were globally aligned with the firm's internal culture and external client offering. Projects, events and operations management for the Greater China offices (Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong & Taipei) of this global management consultancy. Noteworthy projects included meetings and events management from small group high level Directors meetings to large scale offsite gatherings for 1000 staff. Creation of a wellness program and managing the firm’s China relationship with International SOS including emergency medical situations and visiting company doctor. High level logistics and relocation management for McKinsey staff and their families moving into China from abroad. Coordination of large scale office move.

Shanghai, China

All daily operational and administrative procedures for the Shanghai office of this leading international law firm. Including human resources (contracts, payroll, annual leave, work permits), managing the bookings and budget for all travel by professionals within China and abroad, information technology implementation and roll out, training and leading local support staff. Working closely with the head office in London and other regional offices in Asia on best practices and procedures. Project managing an office move including working closely with the design and construction team.
