Before starting my career in Property Management and Investment Real Estate, I served in the United States Marine Corps infantry. Throughout four years of active duty service including two combat tours in Iraq, I was ingrained with the battle hardened skills of discipline, diligence, leadership, and commitment. After being severely wounded during an ambush in Iraq, I was awarded the Purple Heart decoration by Commander in Chief, President George W. Bush. In 2005, I was medically retired from the United States Marine Corps for the combat injuries I sustained in Iraq.Performed and executed strenuous leadership responsibilities while leading U.S. Marines in combat operations during two tours served in Iraq under intense hostile conditions including heavy direct and indirect enemy fire, IED's, and enemy attacks.
