Senior Software EngineerForcepoint Jun 2020 - Mar 2022Austin, Tx, UsAt Forcepoint, I provided technical and design leadership for a high-volume cybersecurity dashboard for clients such as CVS, Boeing, Raytheon, and Toyota. I developed the dashboard using TDD front-end development techniques with React and Jest, as well as integrating MongoDB change streams and an Apollo GraphQL server. I also implemented real-time data visualizations using D3 and added real-time charts with Apex Charts. The user authentication and management system was coded following Auth0 best practices, and the API was designed, implemented using Swagger, and built with Express. Additionally, I was responsible for mapping the customer journey using Figma and InVision. The CI environment was set up using GitLab, and the frontend, data guard, and backend microservices were containerized using Docker with Logstash for docker logs and a Docker Selenium Grid. -
