As partnership and client engagement account manager for St. Jude Hospital, I manage all aspects of a fundraising program designed to develop and implement a niche fundraising initiative aimed at engaging donors from the millennials and generation z demographic. I oversee strategic direction for campaign fundraiser and sponsor engagement and develop and implement strategies to establish and cultivate relationships with high-profile entities and stakeholders to bolster beneficial fundraising partnerships designed to grow engagement and fundraising opportunities.

Responsible for the support, development, expansion and implementation of sports-related fundraising programs and activities. Acts as a principal liaison to the organizers, producers and important sponsors of major sporting events and programs that benefit St. Jude, particularly the National Basketball Association and its team, players, coaches and associations. Works with Sports Marketing leadership and various ALSAC departments and divisions to direct national sports cultivation, programming and other high level projects. Interacts with key external professional sports partners and player representatives to build relationships for St. Jude. Creates and delivers strategic proposals for targeted professional sports leagues, teams, players, agencies and agents.

As Senior Coordinator for Memphis Grizzlies, I coordinated contracted activations and partnership marketing in collaboration with multiple teams including marketing, public relations, sales, and community investment to develop and implement action plans to achieve sponsor objectives. To achieve this, I successfully managed $10MM+ in annual collections while serving as primary liaison for corporate partnership department and client base. In addition to these responsibilities, I oversaw personnel functions, including training and management of activation staff members.

Prior to my promotion to Senior Coordinator, I served in a mid-level role where I coordinated activations and partnership marketing in collaboration with multiple teams including marketing, public relations, sales, and community investment to develop and implement action plans to achieve sponsor objectives. I also worked to oversee onboarding of new partners, develop sponsor events and manage the partner renewal process.

In my first role with Memphis Grizzles, I designed, organized, and launched multiple programs for social responsibility initiatives targeting families and low income students. Working in conjunction with notable community groups, player development and the corporate partnership team, I developed and marketed programming intended to generate streams of revenue.
