I work at the international science-policy interface to help minimize the environmental and human health impacts of foodware and food packaging. This includes science communication, operational strategy, and policy review to contribute to negotiations of regional and international human and environmental health policy. Some of my daily topics include food contact chemicals, essential use, redesign, reuse, recycling, and ensuring the safety of chemical products and processes.
