- Managing business projects focusing on improving the Oasis system (UK Waste’s business operating system based on JD Edwards) and enhancing business operations, from conception through development and testing, to final roll out.- Chairperson of the Oasis user group, set up to liaise with the users and management to resolve issues and develop the Oasis system and co-ordinating training and advising users of best practices.- Co-ordination the resolution of day to day issues logged on helpdesk for Oasis/J D Edwards from creation of contracts, scheduling work through to billing.- Integration of Oasis into Biffa SOP systems as member of implementation team.
