As a Research Administrator / Project Manager at the State Employment Relations Board (SERB), I lead and mentor a team of four who are tasked with collecting, analyzing, and extracting statistical data from over 1,300 public sector labor contracts annually. This data is shared back out to the stakeholders in the form of Clearinghouse Research Request Reports. With over 12 years of experience in this role, I have leveraged my MBA in Business Management, BA in Organizational Leadership, and Associates in IT Networking and Desktop Support to streamline workflow processes and improve stakeholder access to information. The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and A+ certification provide me with the additional credentials to manage all IT-related functions and projects for SERB.
