I attained a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and was elected into the PGA of America as a “Class A” golf professional in February of 2011 upon completing my golf educational and internship requirements.All of these experiences have provided me with a solid foundation to excel in customer service not only in the golf business, but in any field as every challenge is tested in this unique industry.
