About Justin Schor

As a transportation and mobility thought leader in the real estate space, I am deeply passionate about advising developers, property managers and other real estate executives on how to leverage transportation to attract and retain tenants as well as reduce construction and operational costs. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed using my entrepreneurial, organizational, research, and planning experiences to start up and manage transportation practices for the organizations I have served. I’ve been privileged to lead transportation and mobility practices from startup through stabilization/maturity in a variety of contexts from non-profit public private partnerships, to regional government and private sector consulting firms. The accomplishments I’m most proud of include:-Leading the research effort for an Urban Land Institute (ULI) publication called “Building a Multimodal Future” to help the real estate industry leverage transportation and mobility solutions to increase density, reduce parking construction and enhance property connectivity. -Leading the startup and management of the first transportation demand management (TDM) program for the Las Vegas region, including key marketing, service delivery and performance monitoring systems that are still in place more than 20 years later.-Entering the DC market and establishing a real-estate focused transportation management practice from scratch that has become an industry leader in the region. -Leading the research effort for a white paper with Newmark Knight Frank called “Transportation, Office Assets + Covid-19: Property Management Survey Results", which required overseeing a survey of 300 commercial real estate properties to understand office-related transportation during Covid-19.I thrive in environments where I can direct the design and development of new mobility solutions as well as improve existing transportation services. Whether those services are shuttles, ride-hailing services, bikeshare stations and systems, e-scooter stations, reward systems, or building-based transportation information platforms, I enjoy working with product development vendors and directing research teams to deliver them in a timely and cost-effective manner. I enjoy working with internal marketing teams to bring new mobility services and solutions from research and development to market or implementation. I value working closely with members of senior management teams to further company growth goals through development of new services in new geographic markets.
