I have worn many hats over my 10+ years of experience, and that has given me a holistic approach to IT. I understand that the people are more important than the technology supporting them. My first goal is to always ensure their success, because the right technology is just a natural part of that endeavor. My passion for technology has given me this approach by continually driving me to learn new skills. At home I am always tinkering with various servers and appliances; finding ways to improve them, or implementing a new resource to make my life easier. I will often write code in various languages and scripts to automate and improve a process whenever possible.…Of course, sometimes I’m just setting up a new Minecraft server.With my holistic approach, I have a deep understanding of how everything works together from the technology to the people, and I am able to apply that knowledge to create solutions that help everyone succeed.
