As a certified FS Tech (TUV Rheinland), I am able to address machine safety issues/concerns at the design phase, in alignment with ISO 12100 and IEC 60204, to name a couple.Some safety topics consist of: Redundancy, Testing, Distance Calculations, Assigning Required Level of Risk Reduction as PL, Monitoring Moveable Guard Positions and Fault Avoidance for Relevant Life Cycle Phases.

Custom machine design was my primary focus. As a significant asset to the company, I had the privilege of taking part in custom designs of automated fixturing and machinery in the automotive and cooperage industry, amongst others.

My primary focus within the company is to create and manage the majority of the 3D CAD data throughout the company. I help take design ideas, sketched on a piece of paper or napkin, from concept to completed product, meeting the customers satisfaction and expectations. Focus: Solid Edge (3D CAD). • Performing seminars/webinars of various functionality in Solid Edge.• Performing various training classes using Solid Edge (Part and assembly modeling, drawing creation, FEA analysis.• Providing technical assistance to Solid Edge users in need of guidance.• Working one-on-one with engineers in their design processes.

Setup, programmed and operated manual and CNC machines. Utilized my skills in Solid Edge and MasterCAM for design and machining operations from start to finish.
