As Market Lead of Minnesota, Justin plays a pivotal role in driving the leasing, investment and development strategies for Altus' industrial and office properties in the Twin Cities. With nearly 20 years of experience in development, acquisition, and disposition of commercial, industrial, retail, and office assets, as well as lease negotiation and asset management, he brings the ability to expand Altus' footprint in the Twin Cities and maximize the performance of existing assets. Justin, a native of Minnesota, has deep connections within the Twin Cities commercial real estate community. Before joining Altus, he served as the Vice President of Leasing & Development at CSM Corporation, overseeing 9 million square feet across 65 industrial assets in Minneapolis and Denver, as well as managing 1.9 million square feet of retail assets in six states. During his tenure at CSM, he successfully negotiated over 750 lease transactions, totaling over 6 million square feet and $800M in rent consideration.A dedicated member of key industry organizations, including NAIOP, MNCAR, ICSC, and MSCA, Justin holds dual degrees in real estate studies and marketing management from the University of St. Thomas. Apart from his professional achievements, he actively contributes to volunteer organizations such as People Serving People, Feed My Starving Children, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Children's Miracle Network at Gillette Children's Hospital, and Hope for the City. With his wealth of experience and unwavering commitment, Justin is a driving force in advancing Altus' presence and impact in the Minneapolis market.
