As Co-Founder I conceived a product and hands on built a team, hardware product and software solution from concept to delivery. I built and managed the team and worked with internal resources, outsourcing and manufacturers to complete a product.

I built the Digicentre Development Team and platform for consulting, IDC and security services from scratch. I lead all development initiatives around the platform and products under development including a cloud automation testing platform. Specifically design, engagement, offshore team development and internal development for the development of the product.

Leading the QA initiative for the Lazada group. The QA org was a group of 90+ quality professionals in manual and automated testing spread across a diverse group of tech coverage areas and geographies (Vietnam, Singapore, Russia). This is an e-commerce live transaction system with millions of concurrent users and millions of dollars revenue in 6 operational countries.As VP I was responsible for; all day to day operations, performance reviews, daily SOP, logical divisions and reporting structure within and outside of the team, coaching/mentoring, personal development plans, gathering impressions from business and public sources and filtering those into how to improve quality, root cause analysis and much much more.Our QA Department had several unique responsibility areas including * Operations (warehouse management, delivery, aging, sorting, logistics, package tracking)* Payment (integration with alipay, our own Hellopay payment products and various other 3rd parties)* Website (huge load website and services, automated deployment on both bare metal and virtualization)* Mobile (automation, internal device cloud, on both iOS and Android).

I worked on the creation of formal testing methodologies to increase the test coverage, make a complete Test Plan and increase testing interaction with support and programming.
