Over the past ten plus years, I have owned and operated the award-winning Foolish Things restaurants in Tulsa, OK, generating millions of dollars in annual revenue. Honing my skills in operations and management, I have built teams that have created three very different and reputable restaurants. Foolish Things has been written about in Food Network, Men's Health, Oklahoma Magazine, Tulsa World, and many other publications. With this depth of knowledge and experience, specifically in operations, business management, and organizational efficiency, I have begun again the entrepreneurial adventure of launching a new startup this time in the financial technology industry.
