My work here was to partner with companies through mergers & acquisition in the automotive aftermarket and partner with the CEO on strategy. I have sourced, negotiated and managed acquisitions to close, of which several transactions have completed and a robust pipeline of future additions exist. Successfully completed 9 transactions and one sell-side process. Through acquisition I have expanded the company from the United States into Canada, increased EBITDA by 100% since joining, and am in discussions with potential partners worldwide. Actively looking to acquire companies with EBITDA ranging from $5MM - $50MM+ in our existing focus and in adjacent automotive aftermarket products.
