I make other peoples dreams become realities and their goals become achievable. I do this by running a business that has happy staff, that realises peoples dreams to live in this great country and work in the profession they love. Creativity is my passion. It doesn't matter if its working out how a 49 year old father of 4 can bring he's kids from Nepal to Australia or getting a 25 year old Nepalese kid a great chef job in Australia. It could be a 23 year old UX guy get a visa in a brand new Tech Start-up or a 66 Year Old disability expert PR in the country he has provided so much too. I do this by being up to date, across the issues and where necessary, making my voice heard. I love our country and I love how we constantly improve by bringing in different voices. I also believe in the importance of a great culture and defined values in my business and trying as hard as possible to live above the line.I embrace the technology that is becoming so integral to our way of life. I look for opportunities both for my business, my clients businesses and my visa applicants that will help us all achieve a way better quality of life. I love my wife and two kids, they are amazing, supportive and come up with whacky ideas that every now and then get a look in. I surf as much as I can, travel with my family and eat out a LOT.
