• Operational management of the inpatient rehabilitation service (IPR) within the Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Services (NARS). This includes outcome assessments, quality assurance activities, service development and evaluation, recruitment and management of allied health staff (34 FTE), and outcomes specified under funding arrangements and policies • Regular collaboration with all levels of staff to ensure the effective running of the rehabilitation service. This includes the multidisciplinary clinical team and their clinical leads in addition to the various layers of leadership including the Nursing Director, Rehabilitation Head of Unit, Nurse Unit Managers and Senior Managers• Utilisation of data analytics and informatics (e.g. AROC, AN-SNAP, NWAU, HRT and SLS data) to guide continuous evaluation of service performance and health outcomes against national benchmarks.• Collaborate with the ACRPC Allied Health Lead with respect to discipline specific issues

• Sole physiotherapist on a 24-bed Geriatrics Evaluation and Management (GEM) ward within the Northern Adelaide Geriatric Service (NAGS).• Responsible for providing comprehensive screening of geriatric patients presenting in a sub-acute medical setting. Common presentations include falls, functional decline, deconditioning, post-surgery in the context of delirium or cognitive decline. • Provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions to promote restorative care with the aim of reducing falls risk, achieving baseline functional and mobility capacity. This includes conducting a balance and resistance training exercise class.• Undertake comprehensive discharge planning with medical, nursing and allied health team members.• Clinical educator to 4th year UniSA physiotherapy students for APP Clinical Placements.

• Involved in the setup and running of a private physiotherapy service in a multidisciplinary medical centre.• General physiotherapy services provided (i.e. orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, chronic pain cases) include Medicare EPC/CDM programs, Return to Work and motor vehicle accident insurance claim caseloads.• As an APA Neurological Physiotherapist, I provide consultation and treatment plans for community-dwelling individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injury, neurological and vestibular conditions.
