As President of Coker, I play two primary roles. -I lead our financial services group, which includes business valuation, compensation valuation, compensation strategy, transaction advisory services and physician needs assessments. Within these domains, my personal focus and subject matter expertise primarily relates to provider compensation design and valuation. I work with health systems, medical groups, private equity-backed PPMs, ancillary healthcare entities and healthcare legal counsel throughout the country advising them on hospital-provider transactions. -In my role as President, I lead all of our internal functions (HR and Accounting/Finance) and provide strategic oversight to all of our other service lines.I also am on the board of ProCare Portal, a leading physician compensation automation platform revolutionizing the management of physician compensation models.

Assisted in the completion of financial statement audits for multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies. Included review of documents to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Worked closely with executives, such as the controller and director of financial reporting, to resolve issues. Worked as an audit team member to solve complex accounting issues. Performed technical search. Achieved the highest ratings possible during annual review process throughout my tenure with the firm.
