• Develop job descriptions, recruitment materials, and employment documentation, and manage job postings.• Source, recruit, and screen candidates through various channels, and conduct interviews to assess their suitability.• Onboard new hires, including training and integration, and offboard resigning employees with exit interviews.• Maintain headcount reports, update organization charts and seating plans, and manage visa applications.• Provide administrative support, build candidate relationships, and contribute to HR projects and strategy implementation.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, including the number of positions to fill, required skills, and qualifications• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.• Administer assessments or tests as needed to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.• Extend job offers to select candidates, negotiate salary and benefits packages within company guidelines, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.

• Ensures successful implementation, continual operation, and growth of accounts, by collaborating with different workgroups• Manages recruiter performance to meet/exceed goals defined with clients• Builds recruiters’ competencies in sourcing and recruiting, specialized by industry/client• Assists client managers in maintaining positive client relationships• Other duties include performance management, employee development, reports generation, and analysis

• Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.• Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.• Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.• Involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.• Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.

• Generates new business and leads based on the scope of the company's services being offered (BIM Services, AEC Industry Needs)• Sets appointments with Sales Managers and coordinate meetings to close sales• Serves as liaison between the client and Sales Managers for requirements and/or needs for projects
