Operating as Small Business, Gordon's experience in the public sector includes a multitude of federal, state, and local government projects throughout the mid-Atlantic. Additionally, the firm has a wealth of experience in the private sector, including some of Northern Virginia's most complex residential and mixed-use developments.

Managed marketing and business development efforts for land development projects requiring natural and cultural resource solutions to water quality issues thoughout VA, MD, DC, and WV. Responsible for development and implementation of marketing and business development strategy that resulted in 20% growth in public sector revenue. Service lines included, environmental engineering, ecosystem and stream restoration, compliance, survey (land and bathymetric), GIS, and archeology that serve both public and private sector clientele.

Responsible for managing marketing and business development activities for civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and site security departments. Target markets included, federal, state, and local government, as well as private development in the Washington, DC metro area.

Joint-responsibility for the management of L-3 Titan Group marketing communications efforts, including large format graphics, collateral development, tradeshow coordination, and market research. Marketing efforts focused on DoD/Military and other federal agencies.

Responsible for developing and managing freelance teams for graphic, web, mass mail, and multimedia projects. Client base comprised of federal agencies, trade associations, and private corporations.

Responsible for marketing communications and project management, including graphics/collateral development, proposal writing, and tradshow coordination for aerospace and transportation divisions.
