Leading the product team of 4 PMs for UiPath Task Mining, UiPath Task Capture and UiPath Automation Hub, my goal is to help customers discover opportunities to improve process, document the reality of how work is accomplished, and ultimately lead the customer to replace repetitive tasks with automation.Launched and scaled a v1 AI-driven product which analysts recognized as a market leader in the first 24 months. In addition to owning the product strategy and vision, partnered with engineering and design on execution of the strategy and partnered with marketing and sales to define our go-to-market strategy.

Product owner for UiPath Apps and contact center solutions. Led acquisition of a small low-code app platform to accelerate execution. Grew product from zero to 10K enterprise users in the first year.Product owner for the Apollo design system. Owned the UX platform and drove the consistency pillar across 13 products, ensuring all products adhered to a common set of patterns, controls, and styles.

Responsible for the acquisition and onboarding experience for Azure DevOps. Partnered closely with the Azure Active Directory team to provide GitHub authentication as a first-class citizen, reducing the friction of customers acquiring and accessing experiences across Microsoft's Developer Division. Owned the identity platform capabilities and drove the backlog and feature design for a team of 10 engineers, providing a highly scalable service for authentication and user/group management across Azure DevOps.

As a PM for the Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) work item tracking team, I led our organization’s DevOps + Agile transformation, starting with a team of 100 and growing to encompass the organization of over 2,000 engineers. My greatest achievement was building a growth mindset culture by delivering software incrementally with a focus on autonomous teams leveraging Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). I shared our Agile transformation story externally at conferences as well as in over 100 1:1 direct customer engagements. Beyond the transformation, I led teams to deliver business value in multiple verticals across the product, with specific focus on the work item tracking system. Some of the key features I designed and delivered included customization of the work item tracking system, dashboards and the reporting stack, and Agile tooling . I led the vision as well as design and execution across the product area, from best-of-breed user experiences through the technical REST API and platform architecture. I managed multiple junior level PMs, helping grow their design and customer skills. I also partnered closely with my engineering peers to communicate our team’s vision and drive day-to-day execution and delivery.

As Program Manager for the Visual Studio debugger, I designed and delivered Intellitrace, the historical debugger. I drove the design and execution of the full product including the front-end client experience as well as the API stack. I worked closely with user research and the field to incorporate customer feedback and I presented in numerous customer venues including at PDC and TechReady. In addition to the developer scenario, I designed the test and production scenarios working with TeamTest in Visual Studio as well as the OpsMgr team in STB. After shipping the v1, I drove the vision for the expanded Production Diagnostics scenario encompassing not only IntelliTrace but Profiler and Debugger integration as well.

Working on the Windows Shell during the Windows Vista product cycle, I designed and built the performance testing infrastructure used across the organization of 100+ testers for monitoring performance regressions in our core user experiences. As part of the Windows 7 cycle, I scaled the performance infrastructure across the entire WEX organization encompassing all of the Windows client. I grew from an IC tester to a manager and eventually switched into the program management discipline continuing to drive adoption of the platform.

Responsible for the shopping.msn.com, domains.msn.com, and search.msn.com website. Previously in charge of the www.msn.com, my.msn.com, and help.msn.com websites. My daily tasks include monitoring, release propagation, troubleshooting live site issues, working with editors to update content, and planning for future releases. I also acted as a technical lead for 3 months during a transition period within the MSN Operations Tier 2 team. My responsibilities in that capacity included evaluating monitoring and release processes of not only the msn site, but ten other sites as well, and to implement a best practices approach for the fourteen other team members to follow. In addition, I am a core team member of the MSN Operations Automation Team (MOAT) responsible for the creation and evaluation of tools and scripts for use as standards within the entire Operations organization.
