Servicing team members for London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Ottawa, Milton, Stratford and Goderich. Responsible for full cycle recruitment process. Helping people to realise their potential and setting them on their way to achieving great things. Working directly with clients to assess their employee requirements. Sourcing and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates to present top talent to HR/hiring managers. Ensuring employment standards are met during hiring process - including health and safety awareness, AODA and WHMIS training. Compiling and communicating recruitment data/metrics. Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and company values.

Providing service excellence as first contact client care to Federal and Provincial ministries and credit unions nationwide. Perform data analysis of department reports to perform invoicing for over 100 clients monthly. Initiating and completing client profiles and web access using company database. Communicate internal and external company information, and correspondence via website announcements.
