I am a Computer Science Major at Southern New Hampshire University. I have more than 6 years of experience working in customer service as a manager for a retail store. Some of my responsibilities included manning the cash register, opening and closing the store, resolving issues and managing customer complaints, managing customer accounts, working with Microsoft Office primarily in Word or Excel, creating the employee schedule, and hiring and training new employees. I currently work with Flowers Foods in a production bakery as a machine operator. My primary role is to maintain my machinery and keep the production line operational throughout my shift. My schedule is very flexible as I am willing to work holidays, night shifts, and weekends.
