I am an integrated sales and marketing professional striving to create my own personal definition of balance in this unpredictable and impermanent story called life. I have had the privilege of working in the sports and entertainment industry and enjoy the pursuit of finding new areas that stimulate and challenge. After starting my career on the agency side, I spent a decade in sports media before leading corporate partnership departments for two professional teams. Strategy before tactics but experimentation is worth the failures. Why before How. People above all else. After 15+ years of the "Mondays" and working weekends, I simplified my outlook some. 1. Leading takes different forms and being true to who you are is vital. It is sometimes done on the field and sometimes from the bench. 2. Providing realistic expectations for all those involved is a proven sleep aid. 3. Promote a culture that can maximize each individual's potential. Knowing strengths and utilizing them are the difference between good and great. 4. Defining our personal core values might be one of the most important things we can do as humans. Each chapter in our life provides usable takeaways if we are willing to reflect, and those chapters unwritten should excite us daily. Tomorrow cannot be accomplished before satisfying today.

Each Saturday, I smile as I see the field goal net program still running strong. Our account team assisted in the college football program launch as well as operated an onsite experiential mobile marketing tour that aligned with marquee games across the college football season. Each week our team would travel to college campuses and execute a fun and engaging branded experience onsite that served as an Allstate lead generation program that included an on-the-field halftime promotion during the football game. The program culminated at the "granddaddy of them all," Rose Bowl.
