- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers -Analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Business Requirements Document, Use Cases,Screen and Interface designs, UAT)-Collaborate with a development team to upgrade from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010-Create and execute test cases using Microsoft Test Manager-Provide support for SharePoint requests, including but not limited to creating documentation required for a new web part request as well as implementation of the request.-Successfully engage in multiple initiatives-Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers-Develop requirement specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.-Liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
