Internet of Everything Worldwide Sales Strategy

I designed and implemented strategies to fight credit card fraud trends. These strategies were constantly evolving as fraudsters found new ways to attack and exploit our system. For every decision, I had to balance tradeoffs of stopping maximum fraud losses, providing optimal customer experience, negotiating operational capacity, and discouraging future fraudster behavior.

I strategically planned and executed acquisition marketing campaigns for deposit, loan, and merchant products, reaching out to millions of small businesses. Through the use of predictive data analytics, I was able to more accurately target prospective customers, thus improving campaign efficiency and maximizing ROI. Within several months, this led to more than a doubling of response rates for our campaigns.I also managed a major push into email acquisition marketing. I oversaw the distribution of over five million emails in the first year and constantly tweaked message content, presentation, and operations to produce the best response rates.

I monitored the overall health of our deposit portfolio and helped grow it by over 10% (~$1B) via pricing strategies to both improve customer acquisition and mitigate attrition. I used my portfolio knowledge and market research to contribute to new product development.I reduced product costs (annual interest expense) by over $50M via weekly adjustments of interest rates in line with macroeconomic trends, regional market competition, and internal business priorities. I also actively managed pricing for about 500 high-value client relationships.
