I am a current student at the University of Texas at San Antonio pursuing my BBA in Finance with an expected graduation date of May of 2025. I served in the United States Army for 7 years and have a combined 25 years of work experience to include 10 years in leadership and supervisory roles. I have proven myself in each position and job I have held, which has led to promotions at almost every company I have every worked for. I am an extremely hard worker with a focus on attention to detail. I enjoy analyzing data to solve problems while finding unique ways to accomplish complex tasks. I am the founder and president of the San Antonio Broncos Fans club. As part of this role, I organize activities throughout the year. I network with club leaders and business owners both locally and nationally in order to provide an exceptional experience for group members. I also manage our social media accounts, conduct product sourcing, member recruiting and more.Through my experience I have learned to work hard, be coachable and to take on new opportunities whenever possible. The attention to detail I have learned can be the difference between life or death, from my time in the army, or the difference between a company being successful or not. I have learned to be both a follower and a leader when needed. Being a leader even when not holding a leadership position is something I take pride in doing in order to help the team or organization to be successful. My current goal is to obtain a position as a financial analysist before my graduation date in May of 2025.
