I have over a year of experience working in technology as a student looking for an entry level full-time position. I currently work as a lab supervisor, where I supervise student consultants and solve issues with patrons, consultants, other supervisors, and full-time management alike. I have a genuine drive to making a positive impact on whatever I work on and whoever I work with. Since working at my university’s computer labs as a supervisor, the department has long struggled with the organization of consultants’ Help Desk tickets to become certified as a higher level consultant, and in response to this I programmed a spreadsheet that received ticket information from a table and query it for acceptable tickets to be considered for the minimum number of sufficient tickets for the consultants’ promotion. This is just one example of my desire to be proactive and innovative, and my background in technology can be demonstrated with my education and personal endeavors as listed on my resume. Communication and professionalism are just a few traits to be put forward by myself as an applicant, and I am devoted to making positive change in any environment I’m a part of.Outside of work, I am deeply passionate about music, esports, language learning, and cooking.
