Since I was young I’ve been interested in pulling things apart that didn’t work well to look for opportunities to make them work better. As time moved on I realized that this was a simple way to challenge what has been done, to look at it with a fresh perspective. Today I am widening the lens to deliver positive, meaningful and measurable social and environmental outcomes for people. My work experience has been across a range of People and Sustainability responsibilities both in the public and private sectors with organizations that are bringing a fresh perspective, thinking differently, and engaging people to build a new competitive presence. People talking to people building exceptional experiences and inspiring action.My Specialist degree from the University of Toronto in Socio Cultural Anthropology with a minor in English opened the door to understanding people, culture, and social responsibility. After graduating from the University of Toronto, I further strengthened my foundation in understanding the important role people play in organizations whose goal is environmental sustainability and social responsibility by completing the post graduate certificate from Ryerson University in Human Resources Management.
