I rolled out proper full disk encryption to all data systems and implemented a security audit process to maintain compliance.

Primary engineering work went into enterprise integration and custom workflows to support large organizations.Removed cross-team barriers to improve customer support quality and ensuring the alignment of software teams with other business units. Handled significant customer interaction to provide ensure that key customers received top tier service and had their voices heard within the engineer organization.
