I handled the new website creation, sourcing service providers for our electronic legal signing solution, created the contracts, reviewed legal language with execs, created the branding and company collateral, designed our online sales flow for customers, created a system for sorting through every zip code in the state to differentiate utility providers, built an ad-hoc dynamic pricing system to bridge needs until a fully customized CMS will be required. Redirected the company from multiple billing solutions that would have incurred heavy initial investment while providing limited and dated features to our customers. Sourced a new online billing and payment portal that integrates into our existing CRM and QBO that has saved significant investment capital and incredible customer adoption rates (30% in the last month), while driving auto pay customers and still providing a legacy paper billing system.

All was accomplished despite constant hampering and stalling on our factories part. One new feature introduced the beginning of a pure water product ecosystem. By the conclusion, I’d minimally increased our product cost, dramatically increased sales, value, and margins, in addition to customer satisfaction. The worst product we ever launched relaunched as our most successful and popular ever to date. I also negotiated the factory into absorbing the full recall, replacement costs, retooling and molds for the updated components, and shipping and logistical costs.2.
