Redirected the company from multiple billing solutions that would have incurred heavy initial investment while providing limited and dated features to our customers. Sourced a new online billing and payment portal that integrates into our existing CRM and QBO that has saved significant investment capital and incredible customer adoption rates (30% in the last month), while driving auto pay customers and still providing a legacy paper billing system.

The worst product we ever launched relaunched as our most successful and popular ever to date. I also negotiated the factory into absorbing the full recall, replacement costs, retooling and molds for the updated components, and shipping and logistical costs.2.
