I operate on being a results-oriented professional with a background in Information Technology and a focus on providing exceptional platform support. In my current role, I take pride in implementing and refining the technologies/tools for our contact center platform. This includes spearheading the technical builds for the Talkdesk platform (Call flows, Autopilot AI, User/team builds, etc.).A large chunk of my IT background includes working with/troubleshooting windows computers, various home/mobile devices, maintaining information in Active Directory and hosted application solutions like RingCentral, Talkdesk and ServiceDesk Plus. I've excelled in supporting our VOIP and Contact Center platforms such as RingCentral/NICE and Talkdesk.Communication and teamwork are something I try to pride myself on, making sure that any and all platform requirements are consistently met with a high-quality of service for our staff. My ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands allows me to excel in nearly any environment.I consider myself a swiss army knife in any position I hold as I never limit myself to the duties in my job description and I am always ready to help with any issue where I can be an asset. Developing new ideas and theories for improvement is almost a second nature. Finding inefficiencies and tackling those scenarios for them in order to make the job for myself and my colleagues is as rewarding to me as my own successes are.
