I have defended companies faced with high-stakes, complex commercial litigation matters for nearly fifteen years. I have a broad range of experience litigating class actions, appeals, and other complex commercial cases seeking millions or billions of dollars. I regularly defend class claims alleging cybersecurity incidents, data privacy violations, and other issues. I clerked for the Hon. William J. Bauer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. I am a graduate of University of Chicago Law School (J.D.) and University of Illinois (B.S., Computer Engineering). Before law school, I served seven years as a manager and consultant to large international organizations’ IT departments.
