As the 2nd employee hired within the start-up, NY-Metro Practice, tasked with building and leading the corporate recruiting strategy for the business. Led internal, corporate recruiting for Practice leadership, IT, and admin functions. Built a network of strategy consultants from scratch for the fulfillment of strategic consulting engagements across four areas of specialization: Finance & Accounting, IT Strategy, Compliance & Governance, and Business Process Optimization/Transformation. Established and oversaw the HR and Administrative functions for the practice.
