• Assembly, design, engineering, and testing for the second Snorkel 2100SJ Mega Boom prototype. With FDR stage-gate approval for NPD, the 2100SJ received approval for production build. It is currently in production as one of the world’s tallest AWP at 210’ full height.• Prototype burden carrier brake and steering system design and component specification for the NPD PDR stage-gate. After PDR approval, manufacturing of the brake system, along with assembly and testing of the first prototype, which was approved for a 20-build pilot after FDR approval.• Engineering and project management for the Snorkel 2100SJ Mega Boom slew ring life-cycle testing.

• 6-week turnaround, from conception, design, assembly, to customer delivery, of a telehandler mounted dual battery hoist for Cupertino Electric solar farms in California and Ohio.• R&D test stand engineering and design for various R&D projects.• Initiate R&D work requests for shop fabrications, follow up with these requests, and, if need be,complete the work request.• Complete Engineering Change Requests (ECR) for the Xtreme Telehandler and Snorkel Lift productlines.

• Design entertainment automation equipment for use in at sea entertainment on board the world'slargest cruise ships. • Shop drawing packages for manufacturing: machining, welding, sheet metal, waterjet, and assembly.• Installation drawing packages of performer flying equipment. • Design submittals and final design packages for engineer stamping. • Simple, creative, and functional design changes that allow modular integration of performer flyingequipment. • Design, specification of materials for (PP, ABS, Nylon), and printing process (SL, SLS) of 3-D printed parts.

• 92% cost savings using materials science to solve a stress concentration design flaw in OEM plainbearings. • Tool design for SAT- and FAT-acceptance for 5 Show Action Equipment (SAE) at Disney Cars Land. • GD&T to study large-scale tolerance stack-ups, identifying interference problems prior tomanufacturing. • Navigator Automation Software System certified.

• Designed, built, and integrated a FANUC Robotics palletizing cell for Proctor and Gamble "Swiffer"line of HDPE blow-molded bottles. • Completed SAT by overcoming on-site customer change requests after installation, utilizing design, manufacturing, and programming skills to finish the job.

• Integration of linear actuators into cheese cutting production lines, resulting in more accurate cutting and less waste.• Reverse engineering "one-of-a-kind" machined stainless steels parts with CMM and 3D modeling to eliminate disruption costs and lost product caused by production line shutdowns in cheese factories

• $8/gear saving through capability study of idler gear assembly on a forecasted 700,000 motorcycles using Klingenberg measuring data to determine repeatability and reproducibility between overseas manufacturers.• Detail powertrain assemblies in Pro/E Wildfire.• Import and organize ride-by noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) data for senior staff.

• Simple, effective agitation device for platelet samples using material science, identifying a density of thermoplastic lower than the fluid solution.• Rotating accumulation table for Kaukauna Cheese Balls, saving the cheesemaker lost product from conveyor run-off.• Assembly designs to integrate Cognex cameras with senior staff designs to satisfy the customer’s 450 ppm u-nut inspection demand.• Stainless steel design for manufacturing according to USDA guidelines for the sanitary design and fabrication of dairy processing equipment.
