Below are some main projects and deliverables carried out in my role:- Collaborate with the Games Manager in the planning & evaluation of the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 for Team Canada.- Work with the Games Logistics Team in the planning and coordination of the Out of Village Accommodation, Village Management and Site Visits of Team Canada for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.- Support in the organisation, running and debriefing of a COC Olympic Performance event designed for athletes ahead of the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.- Be the Content Lead for the Team Canada Operations & Preparation Seminar for the Pan American Games Lima 2019. This role required me to coordinate and prepare 400+ bilingual slides and 25+ one-pagers presented to 200+ attendees. In addition, I was responsible for the Run of Show of all plenary sessions. Finally, I co-managed (from the back-end) the COC Event App for all attendees.- Member of Team Canada Mission Team at the Pan American Games Lima 2019. My games-time role as an Outfitting Officer required me to deliver Welcome Session speeches (both in FR & EN) to Canadian athletes and officials at the Village and at the Satellite Villages. Our Outfitting Team also delivered the following: warehouse and outfitting area setup, packing of 800+ bags and running all outfitting & welcome sessions for Team Canada.

Assisted in the Athletes' Lounge and Preparation Area with queries from athletes, team officials and international technical officials during familiarisation and competition days.- Supported in the preparation of the debrief of the Youth Olympic Games Buenos Aires2018.- Coordinated the development of guidelines (in EN & FR) on authorised identications for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. This project led me to liaise with all Summer International Federations to revise, update and pre-approve all sport-by-sport Rule 50 guidelines and visuals.

A 12-month internship in the Summer Sports section of the IOC Sports Department. My role consisted in supporting the overall Sport Functional Area for Summer Olympic and Youth Olympic Games. During my internship, my main responsibilities were there following ones:- Performed various tasks related to sport entries, sport publication, sport presentation, sports programme and International Federation services.- Co-organised and facilitated sport operational meetings for 32 International Federations ahead of the Youth Olympic Games Buenos Aires 2018. These four meeting days consisted of plenary sessions and one-to-one meetings with representatives of the Organising Commitee, the International Federations and IOC departments.- Produced and assembled Sport Memorandums for the IOC President's Cabinet for the Winter Olympic Games PyeongChang 2018 and the Youth Olympic Games Buenos Aires 2018.- Prepared IOC Board decision papers on a Tokyo 2020 related matter.- Assisted with International Federations services, more precisely with ticketing and accreditation requests for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.- Coordinated an 8-month research project in collaboration with students of an International Academy. I acted as the liaison and facilitator between the IOC departments and the students by providing content, research reports, feedback and organising meetings. The project deliverables were as follow: a written report, a one-pager with key findings and a presentation by the students to the Academy Jury and to the IOC.
