As Operations CSR II in Barclays (a financial account), I have performed and undertake the following duties and responsibilities:• Addresses customer concerns, queries, issues, complaints and/or product information requests• Takes the initiative to be updated with the latest account information from the client by reading e-mail updates sent and attending recurrent training sessions and applies this in daily work• Supports the Team Leader in all initiatives aimed at driving individual/team performance and attaining individual/team goals• Maintains ownership and accountability for one's own performance• Attend training sessions to develop my skills and competencies

Key responsibilities are in transactions and tenant advisory services. These are focused on sourcing new opportunities by building and managing client's pipelines by:• Preparing internal and external presentation materials and documents• Getting leads from free and paid social media platforms• Assist in screening listing inquiries• Tracking inquiries in database• Giving timely feedback to potential clients• Update listings/postings in social media

• Assist the customers by assessing their needs and helping them find the right products• Engaged with customers enthusiastically to drive sales
