Another important part of the charity’s work is to assist individuals where ill health or disability has caused financial difficulties. All profits of the HSF Health Plan go to the charity. The charitable ethos and culture of care also extends to the way the health cash plan is run. Our mission is to offer the best value range of schemes and ensure a first class service to each and every policyholder and their families. Our schemes are particularly popular with employers as they are free to implement, beneficial to their staff, assist with absence management and compliment their corporate social responsibility initiatives. Employers can either offer the plan as a voluntary benefit or choose to subsidise their employees.
