Justine is an experienced, qualified and award-winning construction professional with over a decade of industry experience in capital developments. Justine has played a significant role in the construction of a number of landmark developments across Melbourne. Over the course of her career, Justine has held a number of roles in the industry, demonstrating broad knowledge across multiple areas of construction — from health and safety, to design, project management and business development, and her most recent role as Cofounder of Peach - a commercial construction company. Working with big names in the industry, including LendLease, Multiplex and ABD Group, she has had first-hand experience in the way in which companies of different magnitudes operate. Justine’s commitment to the industry, engagement and dedication secured her national accolades, being awarded the NAWIC Crystal Vision award for her side project Gazella. Gazella is a publication which celebrates women in the built environment. Justine holds a Bachelor Planning Design and a Master of Construction Management, both from the University of Melbourne.
