As an OTM Information Systems Specialist at Hartford Public Schools, I oversee the operation of HRIS systems, providing data reports to key stakeholders. I have excelled in managing databases, coordinating data collection, and improving database efficiencies. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of data quality standards and policies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. I am very passionate about leveraging data for informed decision-making, and I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Data Science at Central Connecticut State University. I have a strong background in mathematics and statistics, having graduated with a BA in these fields from the University of Connecticut. I have developed various skills in communication, analytical, and database domains, and I am eager to apply them to new challenges and opportunities.
