Whilst employed through Randstad, I was working for Air Miles, which at the time rebranded to Avios. The rebranding involved changes in the companies reward schemes and terms and conditions. This produced a high volume of telephone calls and queries from customers. My main duties were receiving inbound calls, providing customers with support and assistance as well as product knowledge, answering general queries, processing customer's orders over the telephone and complaint handling.Whilst at Avios I also helped new employees, providing support and assistance through floor walking.

When employed through Right 4 Staff I was working at Whiston Hospital, based in Liverpool. I was working on a variety of different wards, providing patients with their daily nutritional needs. This role involved liaising with staff and patients to assess the best dietary needs of the patient, taking food orders from patients, preparing and serving food and applying health and safety and food hygiene knowledge.

Whilst employed through Kelly Services I was working for Marks and Spencer. This role was temporary and was during a busy Christmas period. My main duties were receiving inbound calls, providing customers with support and assistance, answering general queries, processing customer's orders over the telephone and complaint handling.
