Control tower for Nandos in managing the export operations to all the different markets. Liaising and maintaining relationships with the global customers. Monitoring of monthly KPI's to report back to Nandos. Tracking of shipments and receiving of orders on a month basis.

Successfully manages customer relationships on behalf of the organization, to maintain good internal and external relations and efficiently handle all customer order queries. Supports optimization of service quality and therefore customer relationships, satisfaction and maintenance. Manages customers’ expectations, resolving issues swiftly and effectively. Generate relevant reports for use by Upper Management to keep track of current, past, and future shipment. Working with relevant Departments to Manage all Financial administration relating to customer orders including: Advanced Shipping Notifications (Pro-forma), Invoicing, requesting Letter of Credits for payment before releasing shipments.
