They specialise in providing corporate compliance for clients in various sectors of the economy.My experience includes:1. Compiling relevant regulatory alerts for JSE listed companies.2. Keeping track of all regulatory instruments including up to date amendments, directives, circulars, guidelines ect.3. Constant correspondence with African countries to obtain their regulatory instruments for clients with interests in African countries.4. Compiling of Compliance Risk Management Plans. The CRMP's I have compiled(which include the Act and any subordinate measures), is:
