I founded Eden Ritchie Recruitment with Kim Ritchie way back in 1996 with the belief that nothing better existed, so why not create it? With blind faith and much determination we have weathered pandemics, recessions, the great resignation, quiet quitting and global financial crisis and built a leading recruitment brand in a highly competitive and rapidly changing market....Since 1996 we have not stopped working hard to deliver on our vision that recruitment services could be better, that the simple things matter, like meaningful communication, compassion and care and I am always mindful of the impact we can have on people. I am still as passionate about attracting and securing top talent for the leading public and private sector organisations we partner with across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. I get to work every day with talented and passionate people both inside my business and outside, and that fuels my engine, working hard to deliver talent for the hard to find, hard to fill opportunities.Personally, I am focused on partnering with employers and candidates to build longer term, mutually beneficial relationships where respective skills and attributes are valued as well as maximised. I like to think I have an innate ability to match people to cultures, to find that intrinsic fit and values alignment that provides people with purpose.I have extensive experience in the recruitment of Boards, C level Executives, Financial Management, Corporate Services experts within both the public and private sector organisations.
