Responsible for end to end recruitment within the Table Games portfolio, including attracting, sourcing, testing and hiring suitable candidates for various Table Games positions.Key responsibilities included: Recruitment Strategy - Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies aimed to attract top talent and candidates that align with organisational values.Candidate Sourcing - Utilising multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career fairs, networking and incentive programs to identify and engage top talent.Screening and Interviewing - Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and strengths, phone screen candidates to understand relevant experience, conduct further testing and interviews.Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers and head of departments to understand staffing needs and ensure we run a targeted and smooth recruitment campaign.Compliance - Ensuring all regulatory requirements, licensing demands and recruitment processes are in line with specific gaming industry standards.Employer Branding - Promoting Crown as an employer of choice by highlighting the unique selling points and staff benefits offered by the company, creating a positive candidate experience.Data Management - Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities, providing reports on hiring metrics and progress. Handling sensitive data in line with organisational privacy policy.Onboarding - Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand their new role and responsibilities.
