Justine Lafon is a French-Portuguese certified coach who has worked in competitive environments in France, USA, Canada, the UK, Portugal and Dubai before settling in Spain. She works with elite athletes and global talent to nurture their success and enable them to thrive in competitions and in their personal lives. Coaching comes naturally to her and she aspires to have a positive impact on society at large.For the past 10 years, she has been working with football federations, clubs, academies, schools and institutions to empower youth through sport.In 2021, she launched the G.O.A.L. Academy in Dubai, the 1st ever Football Academy Just For Girls With 100% Female Coaches where they provided a unique and pioneer methodology dedicated to the physical and mental well being of all girls & women.They were the only football academy providing a Female Only & Hijab Friendly environment.The SITA Elite Program was implemented as part of the GOAL Academy Football Methodology.
