Energy Developments is an international provider of safe, clean, low greenhouse gas emissions energy and remote energy solutions. Arcadia Green provides assistance on Special Projects, specifically developing, assessing and executing strategic growth opportunities.

Responsible for developing and validating program for high-volume installation (assembly, installation and commissioning) of SunCatchers and also preliminary Parts and Service Plan. Defined organizational needs for scale-up and built a first-class cross-functional team. Delivered world's first utility-scale deployment of a dish-concentrator solar energy.

Responsible for developing Supply Chain and Manufacturing strategy and organization for outsourcing manufacturing of component parts and sub-assemblies for SunCatcher dish structure and mirror facets.Part of investor due-diligence team for NTR investment, involved in organization integration. Re-defined contractual interfaces for site development.

Managed Biodiesel and Biogas business and project development in Ireland, UK, Spain, Netherlands and Germany. Led project development for $100million, 200,000tonne/yr biodiesel plant including design management, permitting, contract negotiations and PR campaign. Permitted plant with zero objections from public and other stakeholder groups.Carried out.

Bid Management for Public Private Partnership toll road development projects totaling approx. $500 million - contract development and negotioation, financial modelling etc. - won 2 of 5 projects bid, including approx $125 million O&M contract for Waterford Bypass;Contract / Project management of "Westlink 2" M50 and Toll facilities extension. Completed.

Various technical and commercial roles on large infrastructure projects including: Project Manager for civil engineering works on Poolbeg Power Station CCGT, developed novel articulating formwork system for construction of cooling water culverts; Estimator and Planner in Head Office;

Senior Site Engineer on Jack Lynch Tunnel, Ireland's first immersed tube tunnel, used FEA modeling to design concrete thermal management regime, managed subcontractors, etc.
