Project Manager + Scrum Master
Current• Develop project plan, milestones, and budgets per project scope • Monitor cost, timescales, and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances • Guide the team and organize how to leverage project management practices and values to maximize the delivery of business value • Build a trusting environment where issues are raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on correcting and problem-solving• Champion collaborative discussion, decision making and problem-solving • Drive internal and external team communication, improving transparency and radiating information • Continually enhance personal domain knowledge of systems, products, and industry• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, coaching and facilitation• Provide guidance and support to team(s), managers, stakeholders and leaders to help them understand and embrace Agile values and practices • Conduct workshops, training sessions and ceremonies to enhance collaboration, transparency and performance • Introduce and champion the use of Agile metrics • Work with product owners to refine product backlogs, manage priorities, maximize business value, and manage communications with stakeholders. • Promote team empowerment through encouraging experimentation.
