• I started at the CementBloc as a full time intern in New York City over the summer then I continued as a part time remote consultant during the school year.

• While working as a freelancer and going to school, I was responsible for all the technology needs of Action Untied, a local non-profit. I worked to ensure the Action United had consistent and reliable technology.

I implemented and upgraded Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and I developed, updated, and hosted websites with Drupal and Wordpress for non-profit clients. I trained my clients on the use of their newly developed websites and CRM systems.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

• I was hired as a help desk tech in a small IT department supporting a national network. After joining the team I was quickly tasked with challenging assignments, including rebuilding Linux servers and troubleshooting.
• Developed and implemented a program to encrypt laptops in an effort to improve the organization's security posture.
• Helped administrate and troubleshoot an enterprise VoIP phone system including configuring Asterisk servers, SIP phones, and DD WRT routers.
• Created a new secure newsgroup system on a Linux platform to replace the old insecure system, and I migrated all the data from the old system.
• Developed email templates in Salsa and helped communications staff modify the HTML for mass email templates ensuring they would render well in various email clients.
• Built a Drupal website.
